Program Overview
Bachelor of Information Technology (Hons) provides students with fundamental knowledge and practical skills in computer technologies, particularly programming, data science, networking and software engineering. The programme also emphasises combining technical expertise with management knowledge to support business decision-making and effective communication in commercial and business environments. Students have the opportunity to specialise in Cybersecurity. Admission Requirements
Diploma in relevant field with minimum CGPA 2.50 and minimum Grade C in Mathematics at SPM, Matriculation in relevant field with minimum CGPA 2.00 and minimum Grade C in Mathematics at SPM Foundation in relevant field with minimum CGPA 2.00 and minimum Grade C in Mathematics at SPM, A-Level or equivalent with minimum Grade C in Mathematics and two other non-language subjects, STPM with minimum Grade C in Mathematics and two other non-language subjects UEC or other equivalent qualification meeting UTP's stated entry requirements
