Program Overview

Bachelor of Computer Engineering with Honours provides a strong foundation in Physics, Mathematics and programming, followed by electrical and electronic engineering areas including electrical technology, analogue electronics, digital electronics, microprocessors and computer architecture. The programme further covers data and computer networking, operating systems, embedded systems, big data analytics, and parallel and distributed computing. Students can specialise in areas including Intelligent Vision System, Next Generation Communication Systems, Intelligent Robotics and Renewable Energy. The programme is suitable for students planning to study in Malaysia, pursue Malaysia university admission, and obtain a Malaysia degree from Bangladesh.

Admission Requirements

A-Level or equivalent with minimum Grade C in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry, STPM with minimum Grade C or 2.00 in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry, International Baccalaureate with minimum 24 points including at least Point 4 in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry UTP Foundation with minimum final CGPA 2.00, Diploma in relevant field with minimum CGPA 2.00, Matriculation in relevant field with minimum CGPA 2.00, Foundation in relevant field from a recognised institution with minimum CGPA 3.00 UEC with minimum Grade B in English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Advanced Mathematics, Australian Matriculation or equivalent with minimum Grade C or 60% in Mathematics/Specialised Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry, English proficiency requirement for international applicants
